Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

CleverPrep, a service offered by Lanier Consulting LLC (“Company”), provides:

• MCAT tutoring and preparation programs

• Undergraduate and premedical tutoring

• Medical school and professional school admissions counseling

• Digital educational products, including but not limited to video content, study plans, and learning materials

All services (collectively, “Services”) are educational in nature and designed to support academic performance. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

a. General Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Communicate actively and honestly with tutors and advisors

• Follow recommended study plans and strategies

• Take full responsibility for their academic performance and effort

Failure to adhere to recommendations may impact results and void eligibility for any guarantees.

b. MCAT Tutoring Requirements & Score Guarantee Conditions

Clients enrolled in MCAT tutoring programs must:

• Maintain consistent effort and self-discipline

• Commit to approximately 3–5 hours of study per day, 5 days per week

To qualify for any MCAT score improvement guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. Prior Exam Requirement

   Client must have taken the MCAT (post-2015 version)

2. Score Verification

   Client must submit proof of their initial score via email to info@clever-prep.com

   Subject line: “Before Score Report for MCAT Score Guarantee”

3. Study Commitment

   Minimum of 20 hours per week of independent study

4. Time Requirement

   Minimum of 2 months of preparation before retaking the MCAT

5. Tutoring Requirement

   Minimum of 35 hours of tutoring with CleverPrep

6. Practice Exams

   Recommended completion of at least 7 full-length practice exams

Failure to meet any of the above conditions voids eligibility for the guarantee.

3. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

a. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through CleverPrep are final and non-refundable.

The Company does not offer:

• Refunds

• Partial refunds

• Credits

• Exchanges

This applies to all Services, including tutoring, digital content, and bundled packages.

b. Payment Plans Are Binding Financial Commitments

If a Client selects a payment plan or subscription-based option:

• The Client agrees to pay the full total price of the selected package

• Payment plans are installment agreements, not cancelable subscriptions

• The Client may not cancel, terminate, or stop payments early

All scheduled payments will be charged according to the agreed billing schedule, regardless of usage or completion of Services.

c. Authorization to Charge

By purchasing any Service, the Client:

• Authorizes Lanier Consulting LLC to charge their payment method on file

• Agrees to automatic recurring charges where applicable

• Acknowledges that failed or missed payments do not cancel the financial obligation

d. Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails or is missed:

• The Company may retry the charge

• Access to Services may be suspended

• The full outstanding balance remains due

• The Company reserves the right to pursue collections or legal remedies

e. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider.

In the event of a dispute:

• This Agreement will be used as evidence

• The Client remains responsible for all fees and unpaid balances

• The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery, including legal action

f. Session-Based Payments

For session-by-session services:

• $140 per session for MCAT tutoring and medical school admissions counseling

• $100 per session for undergraduate tutoring and professional school admissions counseling

All session payments are also non-refundable.

4. Digital Products & Access

Certain Services include immediate access to digital content.

By purchasing these Services, the Client acknowledges:

• Access may be granted immediately upon purchase

• Digital content cannot be returned

• Refunds are not permitted once access has been granted

5. Limitation of Liability

CleverPrep makes no guarantees regarding:

• MCAT scores

• Academic performance

• Admissions outcomes

Except where explicitly stated in the MCAT score guarantee (and only if all conditions are met), all Services are provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanier Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always be posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
