Simon is a multidisciplinary designer and builder who brings a thoughtful, human-first approach to education technology. With a background in design and a deep understanding of how students actually learn, he specializes in turning dense, high-stakes exam material into study experiences that feel intuitive, focused, and genuinely helpful — translating complexity into clarity at every step.

As Co-Founder and CTO of Clever Prep, Simon leads design and engineering across the platform, shaping everything from the brand and interface to the adaptive tools students rely on to pass their boards. Before Clever Prep, he led creative and development for clients ranging from nonprofits and startups to global lifestyle brands. Whether he’s crafting an interface or architecting a learning experience, he stays focused on one thing: removing friction so students spend less time fighting their tools and more time mastering the material.

Kody brings his passion for optometry and education to Clever Prep. Before pursuing his doctorate in optometry, he developed a strong interest in exercise science and continues to train daily. His goal is to enrich the lives of both his future patients and hardworking students.

Arash scored in the 100th percentile on the MCAT and brings over five years of tutoring experience in both MCAT preparation and undergraduate coursework. His deep understanding of the exam and passion for teaching make him an invaluable resource for students preparing for the MCAT.
