Jess M.D.

My name is Dr. Jess Greenwald. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I earned my B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science. After my undergraduate career, I went on to complete my Medical Doctorate at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After starting my emergency medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania, I, unfortunately, sustained an orthopedic injury preventing me from continuing my clinical duties. Despite this setback, I am eager to explore my passion for education. As an educator, I greatly enjoy helping premedical students get into medical school – whether it is with MCAT prep or advising on the admissions process. Outside of my passion for teaching, I find creative expression in writing screenplays and enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé. Together, we enjoy hiking with our dog, cooking, and indulging in movie marathons
